My hips aren’t what they used to be. Is there a first-floor bedroom? Bath?
A.
Indeed, there’s a queen bedroom – and a full bath on the first floor. (There’s also another full bath on the second floor.)
Q.
How many does it sleep?
A.
1 Queen in master, another queen, 2 twins, 1 trundle (equivalent of another 2 twins), queen pull-out in 1 sofa.

Is it a “busy” street? I’m on vacation – I need to sleep.
A.
Nice, quiet street. Not much traffic – even during the season.

Our kids are young. Will they be safe from traffic if they play outside?
A.
You bet. Good size driveway – and a quiet street/neighborhood.
Q.
Is there space to entertain – outdoors?
A.
LARGE, lighted, wrap-around furnished deck (table chairs, chaises, grille).
Q.
Is there space to entertain – indoors?
A.
Besides the generous living/dining area, there is also a sun/screened room with additional seating, table, chairs, and cable TV. (This room conveniently flows into the deck.)

Shopping?
A.
Convenience stores within about 2 miles, and “serious” shopping downtown.
Q.
How far is the Beach?
A.
It’s exactly 3/4 mile. Great for walking if your healthy adult. Think twice, though, if you’re bringing lots of “stuff,” young kids or those who are physically challenged.
Q.
Is there beach parking?
A.
Yes – you can get a sticker (for a fee) from the Town.
Q.
Can you guarantee great weather?
A.
